Lantech’s LA-1000 lid applicator is a compact and stable lid applicator with a throughput of up to 18 lids per min. The machine is designed to be extremely user-friendly and very easy to operate and adjust.
The machine's small footprint allows it to be integrated in virtually any production line. The machine is designed to allow an operator to make a complete changeover in just about 5-7 minutes.
The machine is typically set up in extension of a Lantech TE-1000 or a TE-2000 tray erector.
How it works
The lid is formed and glued directly to the outside of the box. The finished tray with lid is then removed from the machine.

Lantech’s LF-1000/2000 lid applicator is a compact and stable lid applicator with a throughput of up to 18 lids per min. Thanks to its small footprint the machine can be integrated into virtually any productions. The machine is designed for an operator to be able to perform a complete changeover in just about 5-7 minutes.
The lid is formed and glued before it is put onto the box (like a shoebox lid).
