The Lantech QL-400 is a simple film wrapper for customers with medium throughput wanting a high-quality machine.
The operator runs the pallet on to the turntable. The operator must then attach the film to the pallet and start the machine. When the machine has finished wrapping the pallet, the operator must cut off the film and run the pallet off the turntable.

Lantech Lantech QL-400 XT Semi-Automatic
The Lantech QL-400XT has a higher throughput than the Lantech QL-400 because this model attaches the film to the pallet and cuts it off. This means that the operator need not get out of the truck. The pallet is placed on the wrapper, and by means of a remote control, the operator can start the machine and do other tasks while the machine wraps the pallet.
It is ideal for productions with a relatively high throughput.

In the fully automatic stretch wrappers, the pallets are automatically conveyed to the wrapper on pallet conveyors. In comparison, a truck must be used for the semi-automatic stretch wrappers.
By default, the Lantech QL and SL automatic stretch wrappers feature Lantech's unique LeanWrap technology which automatically calculates the required film consumption and tensioning. This solution ensures a minimum of film strain at the corners of the pallet. The stretch wrappers are also equipped with a patented system for fast and easy replacement of the film roll. At the same time, the system ensures that the film does not contract and get narrower closer to the pallet. Lantech’s automatic stretch wrappers ensure the lowest film consumption on the market as well as minimum downtime due to film breakages.

Lantech SL fully automatic stretch wrapper
Lantech’s SL automatic stretch wrappers are a series of fully automatic rotary arm machines. The pallet stands still while it is wrapped by the swing arm, which moves around the pallet and attaches the film. This model is a good choice if the pallet is unstable, e.g. a pallet with sacks that can fall off if it is rotated. The ideal solution is a swing arm.
Lantech SL models have a throughput of 20 and up to 90 pallets per hour.
A Lantech SL automatic stretch wrapper is typically installed in an in-line production set-up.
