ABOUT OKURA ROBOT PALLETIZING
The Okura robots have been developed solely for palletizing and depalletizing purposes. These are tasks with relatively calm movements, which makes the robots very stable in operation. Okura robots require minimal maintenance. The robots are dedicated to palletizing tasks, and this ensures swift installation and easy operation.

The new generation of Okura robots comes with built-in security in the form of ALC (Area Limit Control). ALC makes it possible to define the safety zone and limit the scope of the robot's movements, allowing the security fence to be placed closer to the robot. It is possible to divide the area into eight different individual safety zones. The ALC system has been tested and approved by TÜV for CE certification.
These are standardized PLC integrated robots which are manufactured for use worldwide.
The Okura robot's Oxpa palletizing software is integrated with ALC and PLC control. Oxpa controls the processes and provides a very easy pallet pattern build-up, which can be programmed or modified on the robot itself. The program is intuitive and logically structured. The operator himself will be able to put a new product or pattern into the robot.
Sealing System is the distributor of Okura robots in Scandinavia and offers service and sales of spare parts throughout Europe.
Okura Ai700 is the palletizing robot for the production with a throughput of up to 550 sacks / 500 cases per hour. If the set-up permits handling of more than one item per lifting operation, the robot's capacity will increase accordingly.
