We can palletize most product types, and we can automate virtually any type of product palletizing.
Sealing System is a supplier of complete specially designed palletizing lines, where everything is adapted to the specific production, incl. product and pallet conveyors, checkweighers, pallet magazines, sheet dispensers, labeling and film wrapping.
Automation of the palletizing process creates a better working environment and removes tedious, repetitive work.
Robot palletizing solutions are available with a variety of robots and customized to the specific task. Sealing System uses robots from Okura, KUKA, and ABB which are able to perform high-capacity, high-accuracy palletizing in a robot cell.

Palletizing accessories
IPS - Intelligent Packaging Software - is Sealing System's proprietary software for pallet pattern programming. IPS does not require advanced programming skills. After introduction, the operator will be able to create and edit pallet patterns in less than 10 minutes.
You can create a virtual pallet pattern and upload it directly to the robot.
