CPS CasepackingAutomatic packaging of products in cases or trays
ABOUT CASEPACKING
Sealing System’s largest segment for CPS casepacking equipment is within Individual Quick- Frozen products (IQF) packed in bags, such as all kinds of chicken products, nuggets, meatballs, vegetables, meatballs, fish and bread. In addition, CPS also manufactures machines for packaging fresh products, such as chicken, meat and fish in trays.
CPS casepacking machines are known to be some of the best on the market in terms of flexibility and high quality. The products can be packed very compactly or handled gently. The equipment is built to withstand harsh environments and is therefore extremely robust and stable with high uptime and low operation and maintenance costs.
A CPS casepacker is available with a metal detector and a checkweigher, sorting of faulty products and rumbling (even distribution of the products in the bags), as well as an air expel unit.

In generalCasepacking
Automatic packaging of products in cases or trays
Casepacking, which is automatic packaging of products in cases or trays, is available in many varieties. The machine groups and formats the products, which are transferred to an erected case. Some products have to be packaged as compactly as possible, for others, the essential requirement is gentle handling.
Manual packaging of products usually involves a tough and tedious process of repetitive operations which our customers seek to automate. Casepacking removes the hard work and creates a better result.
Casepacking is a broad term for handling and packaging products in cases, crates or other transport packaging.
CPS CP-201
CPS CP-201 Casepacker
CPS CP-201 is the cornerstone of CPS’ product range. It is the casepacker module proper, and it is usually combined with other modules to make up a complete CPS CP-201 casepacker line. The composition of modules depends on the task and customer demands. The CP-201 casepacker module is extremely flexible, for high capacity productions, with optional rotation of bags and the most optimal packaging patterns. All modules in a CPS CP-201 casepacker line are 100% menu controlled, so change-over between products and packaging is minimal.

CPS CLP
CPS CLP Casepacker
The CLP Casepacker by CPS is developed for packaging trays with fresh and processed meat. The machine has been designed to allow handling of other products such as semi-flexible, flexible and flow packs. A rotation function enables individual rotation of products, so that a myriad of packaging patterns can be formed.
The machine forms the desired packaging pattern for a complete layer. The finished layer is transferred to the packaging positioned directly below where the layer was formed.
